Ivanka trump who is not only daughter  but also working as advisor to his father also did not wear headscarf. So she also followed the code but in a gentle manner picking what they liked and leaving what they did not.

Under the kingdom's strict code of dressing for women, female guests are required to wear a free dark robe, known as an abaya, in broad daylight. Most ladies in Saudi Arabia additionally cover their hair and face with a cloak known as the niqab. Be that as it may, covering one's head is not required for nonnatives.
